Responsibilities
- Facilitating one-hour life competency workshops covering public speaking, concentration, teamwork, and feedback exchange, adjusting delivery and energy for Pre-K through 8th grade audiences.
- Conducting daily individual and small-group motivation sessions to review student progress in adaptive learning platforms (via Coachbot analytics), establish goals, and drive students to achieve 100% of weekly objectives.
- Overseeing and assessing Test2Pass evaluations to verify genuine mastery of each life skill, ensuring completion reflects true understanding rather than mere participation.
- Implementing focused interventions when students lag academically or in engagement—diagnosing underlying issues and creating targeted recovery strategies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- Availability to work in-person at Alpha's Springfield, MA campus (relocation assistance provided).
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
