Learning & Development Consultant

This is a remote position.We are looking for experienced professionals with a background in learning and development, training, leadership, communications, or people development who are interested in applying their skills within an independent, performance-based structure. This remote position operates within the personal development and leadership education sector and combines professional development with client engagement and business development activities. You’ll work with established systems, digital resources and structured processes while developing conversations with individuals exploring personal and professional growth programs. The position may suit someone who values flexibility, enjoys working with people, communicates confidently and is comfortable taking responsibility for their own results.
