About the Opportunity

The LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST is responsible for supporting employee adoption and effective use of business systems and technology tools. This role focuses on developing and delivering training initiatives that enhance system understanding and user engagement. The specialist contributes to the organization by enabling smoother technology transitions and ensuring employees have access to clear, engaging learning resources.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training programs.
• Create learning materials such as presentations, job aids, quick reference guides, videos, and documentation.
• Support employee adoption of various business systems, including ticketing, HR, collaboration, and operational tools.
• Translate system updates and process changes into clear learning content.
• Conduct platform walkthroughs and testing to inform training development.
• Facilitate new system launches and adoption initiatives.
• Assist with AI enablement by developing foundational AI learning content.
• Maintain and update training materials to keep content current.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate training effectiveness.
• Support onboarding and ongoing learning related to business systems.
• Track participation, feedback, and adoption metrics to improve programs.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in corporate training, learning and development, instructional design, or systems training.
• Experience creating training content and materials.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to learn new software platforms and business processes quickly.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
• Experience supporting software implementations or system rollouts.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems, CRM, HRIS platforms, or workflow applications.
• Knowledge of learning management systems and digital learning tools.
• Experience creating video-based or microlearning content.
• Exposure to AI tools and AI-assisted content development.

Pay Range and Compensation Package

• Base salary range: $85,000 to $95,000.
• Eligibility for a bonus according to the company’s plan.
• Compensation offers consider experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market data.
