About the role
The Lean Six Sigma Champion will lead initiatives aimed at improving process efficiency and reducing waste within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Lean Six Sigma projects to enhance operational effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement
- Train team members on Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools
- Monitor project progress and report results to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a Lean Six Sigma role
- Experience with statistical analysis and process mapping
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and tools
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
