About the role
Lead lean transformation efforts at a manufacturing site, focusing on building lean capabilities, deploying strategies, and mentoring leaders to foster continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute lean strategies aligned with site and global priorities
- Partner with leaders to establish KPIs and drive improvements using lean tools
- Implement and enhance lean methodologies such as Standard Work, Problem Solving, and Value-Stream Mapping
- Train employees at all levels on lean principles and techniques
- Facilitate organizational change and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Monitor and report on lean initiatives' progress and impact
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety, and quality standards
- Develop high-performing lean leaders and collaborate across functions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or operational field
- Over 8 years of post-graduate experience, with 5+ years in Lean manufacturing transformations
- Proven expertise in applying lean in operations and transactional environments
- Strong change management, leadership, communication, and strategic skills
- Ability to manage complex projects, risks, budgets, and resources within a matrix organization
