Lean Manager (Continuous Improvement)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Lean Manufacturing implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate kaizen events and structured problem-solving activities.
- Drive process improvements focused on safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
- Coach and influence cross-functional teams to adopt Lean methodologies.
- Utilize data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support manufacturing operations through change management and Lean transformation efforts.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience in Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence roles.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies.
- Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Experience in automotive, appliance, high-volume, or high-precision manufacturing environments preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $175000.00/yr.
