Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, Lean management, or logistics operations
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, labor management, and workflow optimization
- Experience with KPI analysis, productivity improvement, and operational cost control
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Pay
- Supervisor: 60k-75k + Bonus
- Specialist: 21-25/hr + 1.5OT + Bonus
