About the Role

We are seeking subcontractors to install our LeafFilter Gutter Protection System. No prior experience is necessary—just a willingness to learn, a truck or van, basic tools, and ladders. LeafFilter is America’s #1-rated professionally installed gutter protection system, as rated by leading consumer magazines, with over $1.4 billion in installations in 2025 and 150+ offices across North America.

Responsibilities

• Install LeafFilter Gutter Protection Systems at pre-sold job sites
• Complete an average of 2 installations per day (2–4 hours per job)
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members

Requirements

• A dependable truck or van
• Your own tools and equipment, including ladders
• Liability insurance (and workers’ compensation if required) or willingness to obtain
• Strong communication skills

Pay

Earn $150–$300+ per job, paid weekly every Friday via direct deposit.
