Leaf Home is seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative to join our team. This role offers competitive compensation and a path for career advancement.

Primary Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads for the outside sales team by covering an assigned territory each day, visiting homes, and educating potential customers about LeafHome products.
• Utilize a consultative selling approach to educate consumers on the benefits of LeafHome and gather information for the sales team to schedule in-person product demonstrations.
• Report daily results to the field management team and collaborate with other sales representatives.
• Ensure a high-quality and accurate representation of LeafHome products by maintaining a professional demeanor and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated to sell with a self-driven desire to meet and exceed goals.
• Customer-focused and results-oriented.
• Professional demeanor and attire.
• Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.

Physical Demands

• Extended periods of walking/standing required.
• Sedentary work.
• Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
