About the role

Leaf Home Stairlift, a division of Leaf Home LLC, is seeking to expand its team of Outside Sales Representatives. This position offers significant compensation opportunities, including weekly pay and potential for advancement to management roles.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective customers using established sales methodology to educate, consult, inform, and sell!
• Use established sales methodology to sell customers the proper product that fits their needs.
• Develop a rapport and conversation with the customer to facilitate one visit close.
• Leverage industry-leading product samples, support, and technology to assist in closing the sale.
• Commit to an outstanding customer service experience from beginning to end.
• Earn an average of $100k+ in the first year, with a top rep earning $250k in 2023.
• Travel within the assigned territory based on provided and self-generated leads.

Qualifications

• Prequalified scheduled leads – We provide all the quality leads you want; you just close the sale.
• Sales experience is not required, but a strong desire to succeed is essential.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Energetic and engaging interpersonal skills with the drive to succeed.
• Ability to overcome objections in the sales process.
