About the role

Leaf Home Stairlift, a division of Leaf Home LLC, is seeking to expand its team of Outside Sales Representatives. This position offers significant compensation potential, weekly pay, and opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective customers using established sales methodology to educate, consult, inform, and sell!
• Use established sales methodology to sell customers the proper product that fits their needs.
• Develop a rapport and conversation with the customer to facilitate one visit close.
• Leverage industry-leading product samples, support, and technology to assist in closing the sale.
• Commit to an outstanding customer service experience from beginning to end.
• Exhibit excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Show energetic and engaging interpersonal skills with the drive to succeed.
• Overcome objections in the sales process.
• Travel within the assigned territory based on provided and self-generated leads.

Requirements

Essential requirements include meeting with prospective customers using established sales methodology, selling the appropriate product, developing rapport, leveraging industry-leading samples and technology, providing excellent customer service, demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills, exhibiting energetic and engaging interpersonal skills, overcoming objections, and traveling within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a commitment to an outstanding customer service experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, energetic and engaging interpersonal skills, and the ability to overcome objections. Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.

Skills

Strong sales skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to work independently are essential. Familiarity with industry-leading stair lift products and technology is beneficial.

Average earnings of $100k+ in the first year, with a top rep earning $250k in 2023.
