About the role

We are looking for subcontractors to install our LeafFilter Gutter Protection System. No experience is necessary—just a willingness to learn. LeafFilter is America’s #1-rated professionally installed gutter protection system, as rated by leading consumer magazines, with over $1.4 billion installed in 2025 and 150+ offices across North America.

Responsibilities

• Install LeafFilter Gutter Protection Systems at pre-sold job sites
• Complete an average of 2 jobs per day, each taking 2-4 hours

Requirements

• A dependable truck or van
• Basic tools and equipment
• Ladders
• Liability insurance (and workers’ compensation if required) or willingness to obtain
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong communication skills

Pay

Earn $150–$300+ per job, with an average of $1,500 to $3,000 per week. Pay is issued weekly via direct deposit every Friday.
