About the Role
This self-directed and detail-oriented individual is responsible for assisting the supervisor of the department, as well as the orderly operation of the regulator department. This includes completion of production orders in a timely fashion, support of lean transformation, employee engagement, and problem solving. This position reports to the Production Supervisor, is onsite, and is based in Franklin, NH.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe work environment and culture for all associates, following all safety rules and regulations, and escalating all safety concerns immediately.
- Ensure that any job-related injury and/or illness is reported immediately to the Supervisor.
- Maintain constant communication with the supervisor to coordinate work assignments to meet customer demands and shipping schedules.
- Assist employees by solving problems, answering questions, reviewing quality, and training employees.
- Troubleshoot equipment and systems, coordinate with maintenance and other support departments as needed to maintain the production schedule.
- Act as an informal leader and influence without authority, abiding by our Code of Conduct and in accordance with our values to engage employees and build positive employee relations in a professional manner.
- Lead daily tier meetings.
- Drive continuous process improvement in coordination with the CI team.
- Drive inventory accuracy.
- Maintain primary work area in accordance with 5S standards.
- Maintain attendance and punctuality standards; wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by Production Supervisor or Company management.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 4+ years of related manufacturing experience
- Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable.
- Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks, and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.

Working Conditions
While performing the job duties, you will be working on-site in a manufacturing facility at the Company’s location in Franklin, NH. Your scheduled work hours will be communicated to you by your manager.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to push and pull up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to physically move around manufacturing floor.
- Ability to read documents and communicate clearly with management and coworkers.
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment, which may include, but is not limited to, safety shoes, hearing protection, and safety glasses.
