A prominent player in Nigeria's trade, manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain sector is looking for a seasoned professional to lead operational strategy, drive efficiency, and ensure excellence across its facilities and processes. This strategic role is based in Gbagada, Lagos.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations
• Optimise processes
• Manage facilities
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives in a structured manufacturing environment
• Enhance productivity, reduce costs, and strengthen the company's competitive edge in the industry

Requirements

• Minimum of 8–10 years of relevant experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial or leadership capacity
• HND or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related fields
• An MBA or Master's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or a related discipline is a strong added advantage
• Relevant professional certifications will be an advantage
• Demonstrated strengths in leadership, analytical thinking, communication, and process optimisation
• Prior experience in manufacturing, trade, logistics, or similarly structured operational environments is highly preferred

Pay

• Competitive net monthly salary of ₦700,000 to ₦750,000
