Leadership Trainee
About the role
The Leadership Trainee Program is a comprehensive 2-year training program designed to develop the future leaders of JX Enterprises. Primarily focused on a future in our dealership operations, participants will be provided with the experience, skills, and tools necessary to lead and solve client business and transportation challenges with JX's value-added solutions.
Responsibilities
- Introduction into day-to-day operations and customer engagement, focusing specifically on our Parts and Service departments during the JX Dealership Rotation (3 Months).
- Immersive, hands-on experience acting in foundational customer-facing roles such as inventory control, rental operations, parts, service, customer solution implementation, event execution, and other sales support roles during the Business & Enterprise Learning (15 Months) phase.
- Focused application of Operational and leadership skills to drive operational efficiency and support across Rental, Used Truck, New Truck, Lease, Parts, and Service divisions during the Growth Activities & Prospecting (6 Months) phase.
- Six months prior to the conclusion of the program, collaboration with the organization to identify and secure a permanent position within the organization that aligns with your developed skill set and current business needs.
- Upon successful completion of the training, presentations, and core competencies, promotion to an Operations position.
Requirements
Essential duties and responsibilities include:
- Progress through the established phases (Dealership Rotation, Business/Enterprise Learning, Growth Activities & Prospecting).
- Completion of training requirements as outlined in the program.
Qualifications
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

The pay for this position is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Schedule
The shift for this position is Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm.
