Leadership Team - Southern Arizona Chapter

Responsibilities

• Ensure ongoing local program excellence, rigorous program evaluation and consistent quality of finance, administration, fundraising, communications and systems. Recommend timelines and resources needed to achieve the strategic goals.
• Actively engage and energize the Chapter’s nonprofit volunteers, board members, alumni, partnering organizations and financial supporters.
• Lead, coach, develop and retain Score’s Nonprofit high-performance senior management team.
• Ensure effective systems to track progress, and regularly evaluate programs and measure successes that can be effectively communicated to the National organization, financial supporters and the community at large.

Marketing and Public Relations Team Leader

• Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy and help build and lead the existing marketing team to implement that strategy.
• Oversee the organization's public relations effort.

Fundraising and Communications Team Leader

• Expand local revenue-generating and fundraising activities to support existing programs and operations and regional expansion.
• Deepen and refine all aspects of communication - from web presence to external relation goals for creating a stronger brand.
