Leadership Team Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Being the friendly voice and face of our leadership office; providing a welcoming internal reception service.
• Assisting our leadership team with your administrative expertise across a broad range of tasks.
• Enabling open and timely communication across our services using a wide range of tools.
• Supporting and enhancing our SharePoint and Teams environments.
• Being the secretariat for several important committees.
• Collecting and organising crucial data.
• Spearheading innovation in department administration.
• Ensuring our meeting spaces and technology are always ready for action.

Key Capabilities

• Excellent computer/IT skills, especially in O365 (SharePoint and Teams).
• Unwavering attention to detail.
• Fantastic interpersonal skills for building connections.
• A knack for handling deadlines and multitasking.
• Great written and verbal communication skills.
• A commitment to learning and/or using healthcare lingo and systems.
• A top-secret vault for maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least two years of experience in administration, preferably in a hospital setting.
• A graduate qualification in a relevant field can be helpful, but we are flexible.
