Responsibilities
- Develop and implement management strategies to enhance the quality of care and education provided at Little Harvard centres.
- Supervise and mentor educators to ensure they meet the highest standards of childcare practice.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Little Harvard centres, ensuring compliance with all relevant childcare regulations.
- Collaborate with other managers and staff to plan and execute educational programs that align with Aistear and Síolta frameworks.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to build strong relationships and maintain open lines of communication.
- Support the continuous professional development of educators through educational support and CPD opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum NFQ Level 6 in Early Childhood Care and Education.
- Experience in a supervisory, leadership, or senior educator role.
- Excellent understanding of childcare regulations, Aistear & Síolta.
- Strong communication and people management skills.
- A genuine passion for early years education and team development.
