Responsibilities

• Work with the Owner/Operator and leadership team to execute business strategies
• Achieve strategic, annual business results through focus on tactical monthly and quarterly objectives and tasks
• Ensure appropriate daily and restaurant staffing levels
• Manage inventory and facilities
• Coach, communicate, and build a positive work culture
• Maintain a positive working relationship with all employees
• Understand and verify completion of operational assessment tools
• Meet physical demands including standing for up to 9 hours and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures
• Attend regularly and be punctual
• Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome
• Comply with Chick-fil-A’s operational policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Experience as a leader in customer service or production environments is preferred but not required
• Proven ability to lead in quick-paced environments as part of a team
• Basic computer and technology competency
• Available to work a minimum of 2 weekdays plus Friday or Saturday; minimum of 25 hours to full-time, depending on level of leadership
• Reliable transportation
