Leadership Development Program - Supply Chain
About the role

The Leadership Development Program (LDP) is designed to equip participants with the technical skills and broad business experience necessary to become future leaders within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Tackle high-impact business challenges under the guidance of senior leaders.
- Work closely with colleagues across various departments to enhance operational capabilities.
- Gain exposure to diverse aspects of Synthomer's business, including data analysis, network resilience, SAP implementation, and inventory management.
- Contribute to customer-focused business strategies and optimize supply chain operations.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of raw materials and finished goods to manage inventory effectively.
Requirements
- Highest level of motivation and a proven track record of achieving results.
- A strong passion for operational and strategic thinking, with a commitment to leadership development.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Management, or a related field from an accredited university.
- At least one internship or Co-op experience providing practical experience in strategic marketing or market development.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2.
- The ability to relocate within the U.S. and potentially travel internationally during the program.
- Possession of permanent work authorization in the United States.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP and other enterprise resource planning systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
Salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
Schedule
The LDP is a full-time, two-year program that includes three rotational assignments aligned with Synthomer's strategic initiatives.
