Responsibilities

  • Tackle high impact business challenges
  • Work with colleagues and senior leaders at all levels within the organization
  • Make significant contributions to the organization
  • Lead six-sigma projects to improve product yield, uptime, or energy usage
  • Execute capital projects and commissioning
  • Integrate global Manufacturing Excellence into plant operations
  • Scale up new products or transfer products between chemical operations

Requirements

  • Highest level of motivation and results orientation
  • A strong passion for operational, strategic thinking, and leadership skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field from an accredited university
  • Minimum of one internship or CO-OP with practical experience in strategic marketing or market development (two or more preferred)
  • Minimum 3.2 GPA
  • Geographically mobile during the program, including ability to relocate within the U.S. and travel internationally
  • Permanent work authorization in the United States required
