Leadership Development Program

Role Overview Join a structured leadership development program designed to prepare future senior leaders across various business functions. The role offers exposure to key areas such as Customer, Strategy and M&A, Continuous Improvement, Product Operations, and Supply Chain. Participants will progress through three roles of increasing responsibility, gaining broad business insights, leadership skills, and mentorship from senior executives. Responsibilities Include Managing cross-functional relationships and executing key performance indicatorsDeveloping a comprehensive understanding of business operations and continuous improvement methodologiesLeading teams in manufacturing, customer service, and operational excellenceSupporting strategic planning, M&A evaluation, and growth initiativesApplying business system tools to drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost efficiencies Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, pursuing an MBAOver 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in industrial productsWillingness to travel and relocate within the US; able to work legally in the US without sponsorship Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary range ($150,000 - $160,000), comprehensive health coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, tuition assistance, and an inclusive work environment.
