You understand that refusing to lower the bar is the kindest act you can offer a student. You've performed, created, or succeeded at a level most encounter only in stories: elite-level sport, a distinguished degree from a top university, employment at a highly competitive firm, or a business you launched on your own. Now imagine channeling that rigor into a classroom of K-12 learners who have never had someone with your caliber of experience advocating for them, elevating them to standards they never imagined within reach. If the idea of holding students to elite benchmarks strikes you as too severe, this isn't for you. Alpha leverages AI-driven 1-on-1 instruction so that students complete their core academics in roughly two hours per day. The remainder of the day becomes available for life skills, passion projects, and meaningful personal development. At Alpha's most rigorous campuses, students require more than oversight. They require a credible mentor whose personal accomplishments define the standard: someone capable of assessing the environment, establishing expectations, and guiding them through resistance, distraction, and internal doubt. Your role is not instructional. AI delivers the academic content. Your role is to inspire, coach, and maintain the same exacting standards you've applied to yourself. Forty percent of your time involves direct 1-on-1 and small-group coaching that identifies obstacles and establishes ambitious targets. Another forty percent is dedicated to facilitating structured life-skills workshops designed for mastery rather than engagement alone. The final twenty percent is devoted to setting the daily tone through purposeful morning sessions that cultivate a culture intolerant of mediocrity. The trajectory here emphasizes depth over advancement. You begin by mastering Alpha's methodology and earning student trust. Within a few months, you become the person they rely on to challenge them beyond perceived limits. The return isn't a title change. It's the same cohort of students, year after year, maturing with you as their constant. It's witnessing a student who avoided eye contact in September deliver a composed presentation to a room of adults by May. This position remains student-centered. Students are the purpose, not a pathway to something else. If your motivation to leave your current role is the mission itself, not resume enhancement, submit your application now. What You Will Be Doing Conducting 1-on-1 and small-group coaching sessions leveraging Coachbot analytics and student performance data to identify obstacles, establish ambitious objectives, and ensure accountability for executionFacilitating structured life-skills workshops designed for mastery, drawing on credible narratives from your own elite background, and evaluating mastery via Alpha's Test2Pass frameworkEstablishing the campus cultural standard each morning through purposeful kickoff sessions that reinforce high-performance normsMonitoring student progress continuously and modifying coaching approaches based on evidence rather than intuitionDeveloping trusted mentorship relationships with students and families grounded in high expectations, reliability, and documented motivation strategies What You Won’t Be Doing Delivering lessons, creating curriculum, or evaluating assignments — Alpha's AI-driven academic platform manages instruction; you manage motivationPresenting to a classroom of 30 students (your work consists of high-touch coaching in intimate groups, not mass instruction)Supervising other personnel or ascending an administrative pathway (this role centers on direct student influence, not organizational structure)Attending faculty meetings or maneuvering through institutional bureaucracy (your schedule remains student-focused)Compromising standards to achieve targets (if a student reaches 99%, your responsibility is to determine what prevented 100%) Leadership Development Coach Key Responsibilities Produce outstanding student motivation, development, and life-skill proficiency at Alpha's most demanding campuses.
