What You’ll Do
- Business & Operational Immersion: Gain hands-on exposure to healthcare operations, strategy, analytics, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Project Management & Process Improvement: Lead and support healthcare-focused projects with increasing responsibility and identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and operational performance.
- Ledgacy Development: Participate in structured leadership training, workshops, and mentorship while building skills in communication, strategic thinking, and leading in healthcare settings.
- Clinical Operations & Patient Care Exposure: Learn clinical workflows and patient care processes to better understand how operational decisions impact patient outcomes and care delivery.
- Strategic & Enterprise Initiatives: Contribute to organization-wide initiatives focused on growth, integration, quality, patient safety, operational performance, and employee engagement by analyzing operational, clinical, and financial data to support data-driven decision-making and efficiency improvements.
- Collaboration & Relationship Building: Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams across the organization to understand how different functions work together to deliver high-quality care.

- Prior healthcare experience preferred
