Responsibilities
- Facilitate and maintain Holt's Values Based Leadership(TM) curriculum.
- Refine material, promote, and protect the Values Based Leadership culture.
- Conduct training classes, introductory coaching, and provide facilitation services (e.g., conflict resolution, focus groups, decision focus).
- Provide introductory-level coaching services.
- Model practices such as aligning with the company's mission and core values, collaborating with key resources, and participating in self-development.
Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Five years of related experience required, ten years preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Situational Leadership II Certification preferred.
- Thomas Kilman Conflict Assessment Certification preferred.
- DiSC Personality Profile Certification preferred.
- Ability to demonstrate effective verbal, written, and communication skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish working relationships with multiple departments and various levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects and deal effectively with employees and management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including formal presentation skills.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products; Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.
- Ability to work independently as well as a part of a diversified team.
