What You Will Be Doing

• Facilitating structured one-hour life skills workshops (public speaking, focus, feedback culture) for K-8 cohorts, executing Alpha's established playbook rather than creating content independently
• Conducting motivation sessions leveraging student data and Alpha's reward architecture (school currency, performance leaderboards) to achieve 100% goal completion across your cohort
• Developing Guides through coaching focused on program adherence and standards enforcement, ensuring each session yields specific performance improvement actions
• Sustaining direct responsibility for your own student cohort while simultaneously developing other Guides
• Monitoring student satisfaction metrics, goal completion percentages, and Guide performance indicators weekly to identify declining performance before it escalates

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Teaching or providing academic tutoring to students. Academic content is delivered through self-directed apps without direct adult instruction
• Creating original curriculum or developing custom lesson plans. The playbook is established; execution fidelity matters more than creative innovation
• Coaching Guides on instructional pedagogy. Guides don't deliver instruction, so your coaching centers on energy management, motivation tactics, and accountability systems instead
• Lowering standards when a student achieves 99% rather than 100%. Maintaining the threshold demonstrates your belief in their capability to reach it
• Serving as the campus "emotional safety net." Students receive genuine connection here, alongside candid feedback and meaningful accountability
