Leader: Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities

Represent the restaurant during their shift, assist in training, and act as a role model for the team.

• Oversee the team members on their shift
• Effectively plan shift positions
• Ensure the shift runs smoothly

Requirements

• Minimum availability of 30 hours per week and at least 4 shifts
• At least 12 month employment commitment, with opportunities for advancement
• Excellence in daily Operations of a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
• Respectful and Immediate response to guest needs
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Consistency and Reliability
• Encouraging to Team and Positive Attitude
• Exhibits and Promotes Teamwork
• Passion for Serving and Helping Others

Qualifications

• Ability to participate in daily Operations of a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
• Ability to respond to guest needs Respectfully and Immediately
• Ability to Work Quickly and Efficiently
• Ability to Open and/or Close shifts (key holder)
• Ability to Count register drawers with accuracy and Integrity
• Ability to Follow Food Safety and Cleanliness Guidelines
