About the role

As a cross-functional powerhouse, our team serves as the primary orchestrator between customer needs and innovative technology solutions. You will lead a group of dedicated account and architecture experts who are focused on building long-term relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite executives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage direct account and architecture teams to drive portfolio profitability and achieve multi-year sales growth objectives.
- Cultivate influential relationships with C-level executives and purchasing leaders to align Cisco’s technology roadmap with their core business goals.
- Orchestrate the end-to-end sales process by integrating product and services strategies that maximize cross-portfolio demand.
- Analyze forecasting data and market trends to refine sales tactics and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Direct resource utilization and team skill-building to ensure consistent execution of strategic priorities and quota attainment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of related experience, a Master’s degree with 8+ years, or a PhD with 5+ years.
- 2+ years of direct supervisory or people management experience.
- Experience managing sales growth and portfolio profitability for complex technology accounts.
- Proficiency in sales forecasting, business plan review, and data-driven account strategy development.
- Experience leading product and services strategies across a broad technology portfolio.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to build and sustain long-term relationships with CTO, CIO, and CFO stakeholders.
- Strong track record of managing sales cycles ranging from 6 to 24 months for complex opportunities.
- Expertise in competitive analysis and translating market insights into actionable sales tactics.
- Demonstrated success in attracting, retaining, and developing top sales talent.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across mid-to-high corporate interlock environments involving partner and virtual teams.

Pay
The starting salary range posted for this position is $348,200.00 to $439,600.00 and reflects the projected salary range for new hires in this position in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation*, equity, or benefits. Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location, market conditions, job-related skillset, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and/or training.
Schedule
Employees On Sales Plans Earn Performance-based Incentive Pay On Top Of Their Base Salary, Which Is Split Between Quota And Non-quota Components, Subject To The Applicable Cisco Plan. For Quota-based Incentive Pay, Cisco Typically Pays As Follows .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; andOnce performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target.
