LakeShore Sport & Fitness is seeking a dynamic Director of Aquatics, Fitness & Spa to lead and inspire all aspects of these departments' operations, including budgeting, hiring, programming, sales, and overall member experience. This role is ideal for a hands-on, high-energy leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building a strong team culture while driving both member satisfaction and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone across departments, ensuring seamless operations
• Elevate hospitality and engage members through programming
• Drive member satisfaction and revenue growth
• Collaborate with team members to build a strong, motivated team culture
• Lead budgeting, hiring, and programming efforts
• Manage sales and ensure successful outcomes
• Be present during key club moments on a weekend day

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (fitness, recreation management, etc.)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a fitness or wellness setting
• Proven track record of driving member satisfaction and revenue growth
• Experience in budgeting, hiring, and programming
• Strong understanding of member engagement strategies and program development
