Responsibilities

• Operate as a key supervisor in managing dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations.
• Maintain inventory levels, communicate inventory action items with management, and oversee the intake and verification of deliveries, transfers, and inventory management.
• Lead and supervise team members to execute programs, initiatives, and regionalized in-store promotions, and demonstrate proper cash handling.
• Provide active supervision, team member recognition, and behavior redirection during “Leader On Duty” shifts to support the customer journey.
• Facilitate a seamless omni-channel customer experience and oversee the delivery of consistent in-store, drive-thru, curbside, and delivery services.
• Coach and motivate team members to achieve Loyalty goals and complete assigned tasks during shifts.

Qualifications

• At least three years of customer service or retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Cannabis experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including mornings, days, nights, and weekends, to meet business needs.
• Pass any and all required background checks.
• Valid driver's license or state ID.
• Understanding of cannabis laws, rules, and regulations, and a passion to further knowledge of the industry.
• Proactive work ethic, attention to detail, strong communication, and leadership skills.
• Highly motivated, self-directed, innovative, and able to work independently or among teams.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
• Professionalism, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information.
• Conflict resolution, complaint handling, and dispute settlement skills.
