About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Leader, Engineering Hybrid to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role will guide engineering strategy and execution for a remote team operating at the intersection of telecommunications and hardware. The leader will align technical priorities with business objectives, strengthen collaboration across technical and non-technical partners, and help ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure. This position also offers the opportunity to shape team culture, support professional growth, and contribute to high-impact work tied to national security. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the technical vision and strategic goals for the engineering team
• Align engineering initiatives with business objectives to ensure long-term success

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in engineering or IT leadership
• Demonstrated experience managing software developers and engineers
• CCIE or CISSP preferred
• Experience with portfolio-based solutions and U.S. Government compliance

Pay

$151,300 – $216,200 annually
