About the role

The position is located at Naracoorte High School within the Wrattonbully local partnership. The tenure starts on 22/01/2027 and ends on 23/01/2030.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the educational program at Naracoorte High School.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve student engagement and achievement.
• Maintain high standards of professional conduct and ethical practice.

Requirements

• Teaching qualification from an approved institution.
• At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience.
• Experience in leading and managing a school environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education or related field preferred.
• Professional Teaching Certificate.

Skills

• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
