Leader, Architecture & Design

For our client, we are seeking a Leader, Architecture & Design to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will guide the design and delivery of new retail and experiential spaces from early concept through opening. You will partner closely with consultants, architects, construction teams, merchandising, and operations to ensure projects are both visually compelling and operationally effective. The position also plays a key role in setting design standards, resolving on-site challenges, and improving future project execution through feedback and field experience. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Lead design gallery projects from concept to opening Direct onboarding and work of consultants and architects Develop design standards for new galleries Integrate merchandising and operational needs into project plans Resolve on-site design challenges with the Construction team Oversee hospitality and retail fixture design and sourcing Conduct site visits with 30% travel and incorporate feedback into future designs Qualifications 5+ years of experience in high-end retail or hospitality design Preferred college degree in architecture Experience managing multiple design projects simultaneously Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Google Workspace, and Adobe Creative Suite Experience in executive-level project reviews Strong communication and time-management skills Benefits Collaborative work environment Opportunity to lead innovative design projects Focus on high-quality execution and operational excellence Engagement with various business teams Potential for professional growth in design leadership Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
