About the role
This role advances people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Organize and attend local job and career fairs
- Design onboarding program content based on local assessments
- Deliver hands-on training modules for various classifications
- Facilitate Foreman Development Series and field supervision training
- Promote the company culture and mission statement
- Track and report training metrics as identified by leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 6+ years of related experience required
- Strong understanding of electrical construction and contracting
- Union experience preferred
- Instructional Design certification preferred
- Proven track record in developing and implementing training programs
