Lead Workforce Development Trainer

About the role

This role advances people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and attend local job and career fairs
  • Design onboarding program content based on local assessments
  • Deliver hands-on training modules for various classifications
  • Facilitate Foreman Development Series and field supervision training
  • Promote the company culture and mission statement
  • Track and report training metrics as identified by leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 6+ years of related experience required
  • Strong understanding of electrical construction and contracting
  • Union experience preferred
  • Instructional Design certification preferred
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing training programs
