Lead Women's Spa Attendant

About the role

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, mentoring teammates, and delivering exceptional guest service in a wellness-focused environment. Help create a welcoming and restorative environment where guests can relax and recharge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Spa Attendants to deliver exceptional service to guests
• Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they feel confident and prepared in their role
• Coach staff on guest service, problem solving, and spa etiquette
• Monitor guest interactions and provide ongoing guidance to help the team create a welcoming experience
• Ensure locker room areas remain clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the day

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years previous experience in same or related field
• CPR/AED certification required within 90 days of employment
• Valid Driver’s license and acceptable driving record to meet Group C Driving Requirements

Pay

$16.50/hr
