Lead Welder

As a member of the top‑tier welding team in a lead role, you will run job sites, make solid decisions for customers, the work team, and the business, and help improve packaging performance and shape the future of automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead work site operations to complete jobs on time and within target budget margins.
• Join, fabricate and repair metal using appropriate welding techniques.
• Collaborate with customers and engineering teams to meet all project specifications.
• Communicate project progress and difficulties to obtain necessary support and guidance.
• Assemble fabricated materials and equipment.
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, diagrams, or schematics to determine the appropriate welding processes.
• Oversee site inventory.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a job site leader.
• Two or more years operating as a commercial welder on stainless steel.
• Demonstrated understanding of inventory protocols.
• Prior experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Ability to follow and convey clear instructions.
• Thorough knowledge of welding best practices and safety procedures.

Compensation

Base Salary Range: $53,144 – $91,104. Total compensation may include short‑term incentive opportunities.
