Role Description Christina Burton Events (CBE) is looking for an experienced Lead Wedding Coordinator based in Louisville (strongly preferred) or Lexington to join our team! Position Type: Part-time (hourly) with guaranteed minimum weekly hours. As a Lead Coordinator, you will take ownership of your own CBE couples from the moment they book through their wedding day. Leads create day-of timelines, coordinate with the wedding vendor team, run rehearsals, and execute the wedding day for their couples. We are looking for a candidate with previous experience so we can onboard you efficiently, with the goal of having you take on full event packages as soon as next year. QualificationsPrevious experience coordinating and managing weddings is requiredAbility to be on your feet for full wedding days (up to 15 hours)Positive attitudeCalming presence and ability to work under stress.Access to wifi, a computer and phoneAbility to answer client emails, phone calls and attend meetings Monday-Friday (actual times are flexible)Ability to drive and has reliable transportation to and from eventsGreat time managementWeekend availability and the ability to commit to dates 12+ months in advance Think you’re a great fit for the team?
