Lead Wastewater Process Engineer

About the role

The Senior Wastewater Process Engineer will join the Global Process Engineering Department at Black & Veatch, a global leader in sustainable infrastructure. Engaging on wastewater reclamation projects across various sectors, the role involves developing and applying advanced engineering techniques, supporting business development, and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Staying current on industry trends and client needs to inform growth strategies
• Serving as a technical advisor to design teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Mentoring and supervising team members to build best-in-class capabilities
• Driving joint accountability for project execution and safety performance
• Supporting the development and implementation of strategy and growth initiatives
• Playing a vital role in business development activities, including pursuit strategy, prepositioning activities, proposal development, and project interviews
• Providing technical guidance for projects or disciplines

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from a recognized accredited program
• Minimum of 11 years related work experience

Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
