Lead - Warehouse

Role Overview: This position supports warehouse operations within a pharmaceutical packaging environment, focusing on accurate product movement, inventory management, and timely order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities Process inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities to ensure efficient operations.Prepare shipments, packaging materials, and staging areas to meet dispatch timelines.Reconcile inventory discrepancies, monitor stock levels, and track operational data.Investigate shipment damages and handling issues to support resolution.Maintain accurate documentation of shipment status, inventory, and operational exceptions. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma/GED required; associate's in supply chain, logistics, or related preferred.Minimum of 3 years' experience in warehouse support, shipping, or inventory control.Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory principles, and safety protocols.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to organize work across shifting priorities and support process improvements.
