Lead Warehouse Associate

About the role

As a Lead Warehouse Associate at RXO, you will inspire your associates to achieve maximum productivity, exhibit professionalism and strive to be error-free. You'll have the support to excel at work and the resources to build a career you can be proud of.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for accurate data entry
• Handle inventory, including monitoring levels and performing merchandise reconciliation
• Assign work and monitor group activities
• Instruct associates in proper equipment, operational and maintenance procedures; guide team in understanding housekeeping requirements
• Maintain availability of tools, materials, and supplies
• Oversee the usage of equipment and ensure team adherence to all safety procedures and programs
• Aid in resolving problems to ensure maximum associate productivity; take necessary action to correct substandard performance

Requirements

• Microsoft Office experience and proficiency (Outlook and Excel)
• 4 years of warehouse experience
• Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings and weekends
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid leadership skills; able to coach and mentor team members (2-5)
• Solid math skills

Skills

• The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment that is not climate-controlled

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Saturday - Monday 6am to 7pm
