Responsibilities
This position combines clinical practice with opportunities for leadership and influence.
Areas of involvement may include:
- Helping shape medical standards and protocols
- Mentoring and supporting veterinary team members
- Evaluating new equipment, services, and medical initiatives
- Collaborating with management on hospital growth and development
- Supporting a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement
- Serving as a clinical resource for the team
Requirements
- DVM or equivalent degree
- Maryland veterinary license (or eligibility)
- DEA license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Interest in mentorship, collaboration, and hospital development
- Leadership experience is welcomed but not required

- Credentialed technicians and experienced support staff
- Modern equipment including a Sonoscape ProPet P60 ultrasound, CO₂ laser, cold therapy laser, digital radiography, and LigaSure—with opportunities to help shape future equipment, service, and medical program development.
- A management team that welcomes collaboration and respects medical expertise
- The opportunity to meaningfully influence the future of the practice

Pay
$125,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
