Lead Veterinarian

About the role

At Great Falls Animal Hospital, we are seeking a Lead Veterinarian to join our dedicated team. We are a small animal general practice with over 50 years of experience in the Great Falls community.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive veterinary care to a variety of animal species
• Collaborate with a supportive and experienced team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with veterinary medicine
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their pets
• Contribute to the overall success of the practice through clinical excellence and teamwork

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an AVMA accredited institution
• Current Virginia license to practice veterinary medicine
• Experience in small animal medicine and surgery
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
