Lead Vault Teller

GardaWorld is a national leader in cash logistics and armored car services, providing solutions across the cash supply chain, including secured transportation, cash management, cash vault processing, forecasting, ATM, and cash recycler services. This position is an excellent opportunity to join one of the nation’s leading cash logistics companies as a Vault Teller.

Responsibilities

• Receive and sign manifests for incoming coin and currency deposits and ATM canisters delivered by armored car companies after confirming the accuracy of the amount and integrity of received bags.
• Prepare outgoing coin orders.
• Ensure the accurate number of boxes is given to each courier.
• After the final coin and currency pickup, secure remaining bins, tubs, and ATM canisters in the vault.
• Distribute sealed and labeled packages to armored car carriers and obtain signatures on associated manifests.
• Maintain records of incoming and outgoing transactions.
• Prepare cash orders for designated Money Room sites.
• Settle vault inventories held for banks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED).
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong math skills.
• Reliable, flexible, and safety/security-sensitive mindset.
• Data entry experience and strong computer skills.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (50+ lbs) on a continuous basis.
• Flexibility in work hours and shift length.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.

Pay

Starting wage: $19.50 per hour.
