Lead Vascular Technologist/ Sonographer

About the role

Your role at United Vein & Vascular Centers (UVVC) involves assisting physicians during endovenous laser ablation and microphlebectomy procedures, performing ordered duplex ultrasound examinations and other imaging studies, collaborating with clinic staff to maintain efficient patient flow, conducting patient evaluations, completing reports, and maintaining equipment.

Responsibilities

• Aid in endovenous laser ablation and microphlebectomy procedures
• Perform ordered duplex ultrasound examinations and other imaging studies
• Collaborate with clinic staff to maintain efficient patient flow
• Conduct patient evaluations, complete reports, and maintain equipment

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations

Requirements

• RVT, RVS, or RPhS certification (or eligible to obtain within 90 days)
• Maintain vascular ultrasound credentials and earn CME hours
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider (AHA) certification
• Minimum 1 year of vascular ultrasound experience preferred
• Desire to learn and grow in the field

Qualifications

• RVT, RVS, or RPhS certification (or eligible to obtain within 90 days)
