Essential Responsibilities
- Create schedules.
- Greet guests in a professional and friendly demeanor upon arrival and departure.
- Conduct Payroll for your site as well as revenue reconciliation.
- Hire and train new Valet staff members.
- Manage day-to-day operations.
- Deliver Forbes Travel Guide arrival and departure standards.
- Ensure valet attendants provide the highest level of customer service.
- Provide strong leadership and lead by example to enhance the team’s performance.
- Maintain clean, neat work environment including all surrounding areas of ramp, valet desk, wheelchairs, parking area, bell carts, bell closet, trash receptacles and ash urns.
- Follow all appearance and attendance standards as set forth by Evolution Parking & Guest Services.
- Execute all terms and conditions as set forth in the Evolution Parking & Guest Services Handbook and other policies and procedures.
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment.
- Report all accidents, incidents observed, potential hazards, and safety concerns to the Guest Services Manager immediately.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service and leadership roles.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide standards and best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
