Lead UX Designer (Product Design)

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process for complex product experiences
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to create AI-driven solutions
• Simplify complex workflows involving AI technologies
• Design cohesive user experiences across multiple platforms
• Create detailed user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes in Figma
• Work with Engineering to implement designs while ensuring quality
• Leverage AI in design processes for faster and better results
• Conduct user research and testing to improve product experiences

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience as a UX or Product Designer at a Senior or Lead level
• Proven portfolio showcasing ownership of complex product experiences and customer impact
• Strong UX, interaction, and visual design skills for web and mobile
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping techniques
• Experience with customer research and usability testing methodologies
• Demonstrated use of AI in the design process to enhance outcomes
• Knowledge of building scalable design systems
• History of effective collaboration with Product and Engineering teams

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
