Lead UX Designer, Digital Program

Responsibilities

• Drive UX strategy and execution for complex program-level initiatives
• Lead web and mobile solution creation using a range of design skills
• Promote a user-centered design culture and foster innovation across the organization
• Resolve user and business needs to align stakeholders effectively
• Prototype and scale UX solutions from journey maps to detailed designs
• Build collaborative relationships across diverse teams, managing expectations
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform design decisions

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a creative or technical field; graduate degree preferred
• 10-15 years of UX experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Portfolio showcasing complex UX problem-solving and innovative design for large-scale clients
• Exceptional collaboration, creativity, empathy, and passion for user experience
• Expertise in Design Thinking, Agile, and Lean methodologies
