About the role
The Lead Utility team member will be a part of the utility department team. This position requires the ability to lift, push, pull 50+lbs on a continuous basis and the ability to stand and bend over throughout the day for the entirety of the shift. This is a versatile role that requires leading and coaching all departments as needed.
Responsibilities
- Support daily goals by planning and ensuring all departments to stay on pace to complete up to 4-6 floors per day.
- Have other duties assigned (per the task stacker) to help their internal and external departments with staff assignments as needed.
- Ensure all utilities are functioning properly and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and meet project deadlines.
Requirements
- Prior construction experience in a recent role preferred.
- Well-rounded basic construction experience in a fast-paced production setting.
- Ability to lift, push, pull 50+lbs on a continuous basis.
- Ability to stand and bend over throughout the day for the entirety of the shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Basic computer skills.

Pay
This role pays $33.00 per hour.
