About the role
As a Lead Universal Banker at Broadway, you will be responsible for expanding the bank’s customer base through cross-selling and up-selling financial products and services. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to meet sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase their usage of bank products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
- Manage customer accounts, including account maintenance, billing, and problem resolution.
- Conduct product training sessions for other team members.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss sales strategies and progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of banking or financial services experience.
- Proven track record of successful sales performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Schedule
