About This Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Treasury Management Consultant to serve as a trusted advisor helping clients optimize their treasury, payments, and liquidity strategies. In this highly visible role, you will partner with clients and internal stakeholders to solve complex business challenges, uncover opportunities for growth and efficiency, and deliver innovative treasury solutions that drive measurable outcomes. This is an opportunity for a strategic, consultative professional who thrives on relationship building, problem-solving, and influencing change while shaping the future of treasury management and payments.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Deep knowledge of treasury management, payments, and liquidity solutions with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable client strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and implement complex treasury management, payments, and liquidity solutions for middle-market organizations with annual revenues of $100 million to $500 million
  • Strong consultative, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to evaluate data and develop strategic recommendations
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders through effective communication, executive presence, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience collaborating across business lines to deliver integrated solutions and drive successful client outcomes
  • Demonstrated adaptability and innovation mindset with the ability to navigate change, leverage emerging technologies, and identify new opportunities
  • Strong attention to detail, project leadership, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives to completion

Job Expectations

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
  • This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.

Pay Range

The pay range reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities. $139,000.00 - $217,000.00
